Actually, a comparison of Osama's face in recent video to that of several years ago indicates he's aged considerably. This is an indication of several things--first, that the recent tapes are genuine, since face changing is hard to doctor, and second, that the GWOT is not going well for Osama. But Bush has been fighting Qaeda and the Democrats since just after 9/11, and it appears he's won so far. Killing Osama would just turn him into a martyr.
