Bin Laden to Europe: Get Out of Afghanistan
November 29, 2007 1:16 PM
Osama bin Laden is calling on European nations to end their support of "America's oppression" in Afghanistan in an audiotape message just released.
Video: Listen to an excerpt of Bin Laden's Message to Europe
Bin Laden says he was responsible for the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks and that the people and government of Afghanistan are innocent victims of America's war there.
Bin Laden said the U.S. pursued a war in Afghanistan despite the fact they had no evidence of a connection to the attacks. He said he attacked America on 9/11 because of the government's involvement in Palestine and Lebanon.
THE BLOTTER RECOMMENDS
"The American tide is retreating," said bin Laden. He warned that the U.S. will soon go back home to their side of the Atlantic Ocean and added that the war in Afghanistan unfairly targets the women and children there.
The audio message was accompanied by an old still photo of bin Laden, but no new video of the terror leader was released today. In September, bin Laden appeared in a video message which was the first time he was seen on video in three years.
The latest audio message from the al Qaeda leader, who is believed to be hiding in Pakistan, aired this afternoon on al Jazeera TV and is expected to be widely distributed online in extreme Islamist forums. The media wing of al Qaeda, as Sahab, began advertising today's message online a few days ago.

There was no message from Bin Laden, it's more propaganda.

This was probably recorded three years ago....He is nothing.

This tape is nothing more than the CIA's response to the growing 9/11 Truth movement, which has completely dismantled the official story.
Sad and shocking but undeniably true. The enemy has always been within.

He is under pressure from the Taliban to do something about the large loss of life which the Taliban are enduring in Afghanistan on a daily basis.
It is no accident that he hasn't been able to cause a mass casualty event since madrid which caused Spain's withdrawal from Iraq.
In fact Bin laden has not been able to help his friends in the Taliban at all.

Yes, but did he see his shadow? Are we going to have 6 more weeks of winter?

He seems very confused and contradicting...it seems like a desparate cry to me. Hmmm, half the world is here, trying to capture or kill me. I think I'll send out a tape, urging them to stop in their quest...and "the war" is killing innocent women and children? Don't think so, bud...YOU are killing innocent women and children...
Posted by: Jazz | Nov 29, 2007 1:56:36 PM
well if you say so, then I think we should stay.
Posted by: joseph | Nov 29, 2007 1:57:48 PM
Or maybe he is pointing fingers to America and saying..."Are you that insane to kill thousands of ppl and not come after me?"
Posted by: Aziz | Nov 29, 2007 1:58:40 PM
Yo Osama - we won't be retreating from Afghanistan anytime soon so stay in your cave or be blasted to smithereens. The war only seems to you to target women and children because your cowardly soldiers use them for protection.

"running scared." That's laughable, bush sez "osama bin laden-who?"
Posted by: Joshdestardi | Nov 29, 2007 2:01:52 PM
Let's see, he's responsible, the people sheltering him are not, so we should leave them alone and stop trying to get him. Right. If he's so concerned about his benefactors, he should turn himself in and face the music.

Anybody informed know Ben Laden was an agent of CIA before his death and Al Qaida a smoke screen created by CIA

We'll leave when OBL is dead, or in custody.
Posted by: Gene | Nov 29, 2007 2:13:01 PM
Why don't you come out here where we can see you and say that?
Posted by: CYD | Nov 29, 2007 2:13:20 PM
Typical wartime propaganda tactic... trying to beat us by separating us from our allies. Hey Osama, it didn't work for Goebbels either ya know. If you want to sound like some kind of statesman, stop telling your soldiers that it's OK to kill women, kids and themselves. We will find you eventually. Love & kisses, the USA

It's truly amazing that we can post a picture of a pedophile with a circle of colors as a face and we can locate him within days. Yet we have this r that's probably is working at a Pat's Mini Mart in Washington DC and we can't locate him. Someone of importance is hosting this man. The truth will come out.....

I think he is dead!! His look alike is on tape. He sure does lead well if he is alive. Telling others to kill and use their bodies as bombs. Good leader isnt he? you go kill yourself for Islam and I stay here alive and tell them you got the virgins. Shows how backwards and ignorant these followers are. Cause harm to the innocent so I (OBL)can hold the power and lead the ignorant

It appears likely that Osama bin Laden will outlast two terms of the Bush administration. I am amazed that there are still people out there who support the President and his administration after all the costly errors in the war and countless American lives lost. Certainly, we dropped the ball amd lost focus. What a shame.
