Al Qaeda Leader: Jihad is an Obligation not a Choice
March 06, 2008 1:58 PM
Al Qaeda's leader in Afghanistan, Mustafa al-Yazid, tried to rally new recruits in a message posted to the Internet Thursday. In his audio address, al Yazid told Muslims fighting against the "occupiers" is an obligation, not a choice.
Al Yazid spent much of his more than 45-minute audio message pouring over the historical importance of jihad. He called Muslims not participating in the battle against disbelievers "deprived losers."
In his message, al Yazid asks Muslims, "How can jihad not be a compulsory obligation when our situation is like this?" Al Yazid calls Muslims from across the world to arms saying, "The disbelievers have traveled from afar to kill you."
As Sahab, al Qaeda's media arm, produced the audio message with a picture of al Yazid superimposed over a graphic of an arrow.
The Egyptian appeared in a video last year proclaiming himself the leader of al Qaeda in Afghanistan.
In his first video message, al Yazid promised more attacks against American forces in Afghanistan.
The last time al-Yazid appeared in a video was in February when he issued a message commemorating the death of Abu Laith al-Libi.

This is all a farce. Don't believe the hype. Google Al-qaeda and CIA for an education.. Obama's foreign policy advisor is the father of Al-Quaeda. Brezinzski and Carter created this problem. And Obama wants them to be in charge of our national security again. You think he or "bomb, bomb, bomb Iran" McCain are going to keep you safe... forget it. You been given false terror leads to scare you into supporting more wars. I hope your kids lives are worth your misguided paranoia that is fostered by the corporate media. How can you be safe is the economy is imploded in favor of a bloated, wasteful military budget. Are you gonna eat bullets after you lose your job? Wake up folks. Just turn the tv off and lives your life. Don't believe the hype.

Sounds like a declaration of war to me. Actually, what the backdrop should be is a McCain poster... since after all is said and done; it's jihadists like this that will get Mac elected as POTUS. Because going after him will work.. not lecturing him on hope and peace and not scolding him for his treatment of women.

Maybe if all those " al qalda" leaders would be the first to volunteer to put that bomb on their back, and blow themselves up...we would have a safer world.. The World knows who the true Cowards are Osoma, and Omar, and the leaders of al qalda..

If Mustafa al-Yazid really believes in Jihad he should strap on a bomb and blow himself up instead of asking others to do it. Bingo!!

cba... get a haircut and stop sucking on flowers
everyone else... your government is broken... do something about it and radical muslims are nothing more than barbarians who are too stupid to realize that there is no Ala, God, or whatever else you want to call a Diety.
