Growing Pains Among Senate Recruits?
Republicans are rightly pleased with some recent recruiting successes in 2010 Senate races. They’re even more pleased in light of Democratic recruiting failures in Illinois and Florida, plus Democrats’ apparent failure to avert primaries in Pennsylvania and New York.

Senate Committee Approves Health Reform on Party-Line Vote
The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee approved its version of health care reform this morning on a 13-10 party line vote. With 60 Democrats in the Senate, this partisan bill is the building block that will find its way to the Senate floor.
