ABC News' Jonathan Karl reports: The House of Representatives will vote next week on a "resolution of disapproval" condemning Rep. Joe Wilson's outburst during President Obama's address on Wednesday, unless Wilson formally apologizes on the House floor, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office tells ABC News.
Pelosi spokesman Brendan Daly said the House will vote either Monday or Tuesday on the resolution. House leaders will give Wilson, R-S.C., a choice: either apologize on the House floor or face the vote on the resolution, he said.
Wilson has apologized publicly and privately for yelling "you lie!" at the president during his address, but he has declined to do so in a formal manner on the floor of the House.
