Did Bill Clinton Take A Jab At Obama?

Of course that's what it is. No exPresident of any party would phrase it that way...before an election.

But no ex President has lost so much campaigning for one side...

he became an attack dog for his wife...like he should have...and pushed the envelope too far and got called on it.

As he has with opponents many times before.

I think most people weren't accusing him of being a racist... and he is hurt by those who call him one...he's not.

He is though an opportunist who pushed the envelope to play hardball and made a stupid misjudgement.

Now he is pissed for getting called on that and the bologne that went with it in a stressed over extended primary.

It is no longer his time.

It is Hill's time. He needs to take the ego and realize that no President has ever made the convention for a party and all it's members about some ex-President's legacy over the parties issues and the American's that are effected by those issues.

Bill you graduated...years ago...

Your wife did not get elected class President and hanging out at graduation dissing the person that did...doesn't help anyone...especially your wife whose time has come to be one of the new leadership of our country.

Sen Obama needs Bill Clinton more than he wants to admit. No one can rally the troops like Bill Clinton and he is the only successful former president alive who can say that Obama is ready or not. Sen Obama needs to get on a stage with Bill Clinton if he wants to unite the party.

Why can't you think President Clinton was talking about about McCain.

He is speaking the truth. Do you think Obama can deliver what he promises. Get real America.

One of the problems is that President Clinton is truthful.

Having someone tell you that you MUST vote for this candidate because he is a Democrat candidate when you know for certain that he will fail America---so you vote for him anyway? Only people that cannot think would do that. I will either vote for McCain or not at all. Obama cannot close the deal, Obama is inexperienced, Obama has baggage that has not been cleared up in the Federal Courts.

I heard no jab, why try to start something? Bill Clinton has been unfairly insulted by Obama. Here is one of our greatest recent presidents, who has done so much for all minorities, in fact, Obama would likely not be in his positin had it not been for the work of Bill Clinton. HOw does Obama say thank you? he turns the race card on him. Nothing infuriates me more than calls of racism when there are none. I was so furious about this. Here is a great former president, now having to resort to defending himself and say he is not racist, all because of one horrible and opportunistic man Obama. Obama just has no integrity.

That statement had absolutely nothing to do with Obama. What on earth is wrong with the MSM? Especially ABC?

It seems that you guys in the media just thrive on imagining abd creating negative stuff all the time. You create narratives that dont just exist.

Bill Clinton was making a valid point that transcends US politics. As a student of world politics, one of the fundamental shortcomings of democracy world over is the fact that there is truely no way we can know whether a candidate will deliver on his/her promise when elected.

Its a global issue and it truely requires some cerebral debate. Thats all the man was talking about. Goodness. I am sick of you guys especially the ABC crew that seems to see nothing positive in any situation.

And to add to my previous post. It is pity that a lot of you folks are completely enslaved by the mis-interpretations and mis-representations of the MSM.

Sometimes, it is good to just take a step back and think independently instead of just following the lead of the MSM hook line and sinker.

The MSm could be very misleading

If Obama wanted to unify the Democratic party, he would have chosen Clinton as his VP. Instead, he chose to be petty and divisive. I am no longer a Democrat.

Bill Clinton's premise is wrong. It's impossible for a president to "do nothing." Every president is faced with choices and must choose. It's either a good choice or a bad choice. Bush made a lot of bad choices and appointed even more people who made terrible choices (Rumsfeld, Brown, Gonzales). I wish he could have done nothing -- I wish that were an option. Instead we got 8 miserable years where Bush destroyed our economy, plunged us into a senseless meaningless war and destroyed our credibility in the world.

The real choice is: who will make the best decisions for our country. Obama opposed the war from the beginning, grew up in a poor family and worked his way up to where he is now, and makes a lot of sense in his positions. McCain supported the disastrous war, knows nothing about economics and doesn't understand the issues of common Americans.

The choice is clear to me.

He may have been a good president...but that is not the word anyone would use to describe Bill.

so Obama praise Bill for all the good he did... ignore his insults or his innuendo...

and remember... if we lose... everyone gets blamed by half the party.

and considering you won your home state in this election by such a large election you should end up back in the senate.

Bill Clinton is NO LONGER relivant!!! Hilliary would have won if he could have shut his mouth!!! Her campaign blew it for her, but he was as he always was, and still is, disgraceful. He just refuses to stop hurting her AND himself. He needs a shrink, the man is beyond troubled, and has been for a LONG time. When people go so long without effective treatment and are enabled for this long you get psychopaths, like Bill, Bush, Cheney, etc., etc.

No matter what Bill Clinton says tomorrow night it can't take back things he has said to the public. They won't forget anytime soon how he has betrayed the black people of America and how bias he has become since before and after his wife lost the nomination. You have discredited yourself for all of America to see.

Obama really needs to apologize to Bill, otherwise this bickering won't end. Since Bill is much older, Obama looks really petty when they fight. It's like fighting with a grandparent. Oh, and Obama also doesn't look good when he fights with women.
