Obama Re Last Night

September 04, 2008 3:42 PM

Rt_obama_basketball_02_080708_main For all the post-Palin, post-Giuliani, talk on the blogs and the radio and the cables and wherever else, here's Barack Obama himself on what he thought of the attacks leveled against him last night:

"I've been called worse things on the basketball court."

That's class...unlike the RNC last night, yeah including Palin...and I'm a woman so don't go calling me sexist...she was just not dignified or classy at all

Please folks remember that not all Republicans are hateful. Sorry for the awful display all week.

Brilliant!!!

Obama has demonstrated he has a level headed temprament, even when things the dirt has hit the fan.

McCain has demonstrated he is a gambler and a hot-head, willing to change every position he ever took that offended his party.

No Drama Obama - he's my guy!!
He won't allow himself to get sucked into the silliness of Palin's demeaning and insulting remarks. And there's nothing more infuriating than a cool response to hot-headed attacks, a great personality characteristic for a president to have in this day and age.

He will make a great President unless America gets fooled again.

Way to rise above it, Obama. Keep on the high road.

Of course Obama attacks everyday. But he can look all holier than thou when he knows the MEDIA and his TEAM are doing all the dirty work for him.

We all see through that charade.

The Palin smears have been traced back to websites started by Obama.

Obama - you don't fool anyone with your pious act.

Posted by: Jo | Sep 4, 2008 4:04:15 PM

That is what make me respect this guy...Obama acts more decent and matured..than the thugs in the other party!!

Obama could dunk on McCain and Palin both on the court and politically.

Posted by: freedomfighter1975 | Sep 4, 2008 4:08:05 PM

All of a sudden Palin is an expert on the national political scene even though she has been governor of the least populated state in the country for less than two years.

Obama has real class. This woman is another "help the wealthy", keep the war going (the war that the middle class pays for in money and manpower), hate filled goodie goodie.

I considered voting for McCane but thanks to Palin I have made my decision for sure now. Go Obama!

Obama is way ahead of McCain/Palin.Brilliant people discuss ideas and issues, dull folks discuss people.Go on Obama with your ideas and do not let disgruntled individuals derail your vision. God bless you and America. OBAMA/BIDEN 08/12

Palin Mania, Sounds like sour grapes to me. As I recall, isn't that what Dubya and his hacks did in 2000 and 2004? What goes around comes around!

Posted by: Duane | Sep 4, 2008 4:11:05 PM

Maybe the ticket should have been Obama/Palin?
Lets face it the older experienced good old boys in Washington aren't doing so hot now are they?
I'm ready for someone to shake Washington like an Earthquake.

Reminiscent of Jackson: keep your nose clean while the machine does the work.

Face it, Obama means more of the same status quo- he simply found a better way to do it.

Vote third party if you actually want a change.

I did think obama was going to pock a republican woman as well. But if he chose Palin on his ticket the repubs would have said , she is an uinfit mother, no experiance, no morals, prego teen who engages in pre marital sex..

As for this response awesome!

Posted by: Joe | Sep 4, 2008 4:20:47 PM
