They've already rung in the New Year in many places around the globe...Japan put on a fireworks show near the historic Zojoji Temple...Onlookers in Thailand enjoyed fireworks at Pattaya Beach...Hong Kong's fireworks lit up Victoria Harbor...Australia celebrated with a fireworks spectacular over Sydney's harbor (click to watch)...and New York prepares for sub-zero temperatures as the ball drops in Times Square...
