Gibson, Stephanopoulos On Obama's White House Lunch

It has been a tradition for almost as long as there have been television anchors: a luncheon for those anchormen and anchorwomen on the day of the State of the Union address (or -- as is the case tonight -- an address to a joint session of Congress). Here are some fascinating nuggets from that meeting -- about tonight's speech, the President's frame of mind, and how Mr. Obama is settling in, one month into his Presidency.

I hope they didn't fall all over themselves trying to get close to Obama.It is bad enough when they are on the news gushing over him.

"gushing" over him, Johnny L? Then how do you explain Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Bob Novak, pat Buchanan, Matt Drudge, Mary Matalin, Tucker Carlson and Bill O'Reilly, to name just a few of the biased right wing media?
